No. Every new 4GCCTV camera already has the multi-network SIM installed. Do not order another. Wait until the camera arrives, then use the code in the box to choose and pay for your plan. This free card is only for a compatible existing camera that needs a SIM.

Is the data plan included?

No. The physical SIM costs £0, then you activate a streaming plan separately. Plans start at £5 per month when Light is paid annually.

Does continuous recording use the allowance?

No. Recording is stored locally on the camera. Mobile data is used when you watch live or play footage back remotely.

Can I use my own SIM?

Yes. 4GCCTV cameras are unlocked. Our SIM is the simpler option when you want access across all four major UK networks and support from the same team.
