Everything you need to get your solar-powered camera activated, mounted, online and recording.
Before you start
Unbox the camera somewhere with usable mobile signal, keep your activation code nearby and have your phone ready.
In the box
Before mounting: complete activation and confirm the camera comes online. It is much easier to troubleshoot at ground level.
Activate the included SIM
The SIM is already fitted—there is nothing else to order or insert. Now that your camera has arrived, use the four-letter code in the box to choose and pay for a streaming plan. Once activated, the SIM can connect through EE, O2, Three or Vodafone.
Open the secure 4GCCTV activation portal.
Enter the four-letter code supplied with your camera.
Choose your data plan and payment option.
Occasionally a new SIM can take up to 24 hours. If the connection light is not blue after five minutes, continue to the checks below.

The weather caps are deliberately snug. Push them firmly back into place so the camera remains sealed outdoors.

Mount for dependable charging
Tip: leave a small drip loop in the cable below the connection so rainwater cannot run towards the socket.
Add the camera to CamHiPro
Download the free CamHiPro app, allow the requested permissions and keep the camera close while you complete the first pairing.
Tap the plus icon, then select 4G camera.
Scan the QR label. If it will not scan, choose skip and type the UID printed below it.
Confirm the front connection light is steady blue, tick the box and tap next.
When prompted, replace the default password with a strong password you will remember.

Recommended first action
With the camera online, open its settings, choose Device information, then tap Check update. Install any update before relying on the camera.
Keep the camera powered and allow a few minutes for it to restart.

Set it up your way
Correct time settings keep recordings easy to find. Recording settings decide how the included 64GB card is used.
Power the camera off before opening the access panel below the camera head. Insert the SIM and/or microSD in the marked direction until each gently clicks into place, then reseal the panel before powering on.
The camera supports storage up to 256GB. We recommend a genuine, high-endurance SanDisk card. Your own SIM may also need its APN entered manually; follow the APN troubleshooting steps below if it does not connect.
Troubleshooting
Work through the matching check below while the camera is still within reach.
Still stuck?
Our UK team will talk you through it.
A red or flashing light usually points to activation or mobile signal rather than a camera fault.
Do not extend the supplied 2m power cable.
